On Sunday afternoon, we headed to the Dickinson House here in Oglesby to see Santa. Bo, Clara, and Anna all did well visiting with him and were more than ready to tell him what they wanted for Christmas.
Bo requested two little Lego sets — a mine set and passenger train. Clara requested a pony and a Barbie and Anna requested roller skates. The only thing Santa hadn’t thought of was the roller skates — which Anna has asked for several times.

Luckily, Santa has Amazon Prime.
After visiting with Santa, we had cookies and punch and watched others bowl. The bowling was very busy at the Dickinson House. The kids (Clara especially) really wanted to do the carriage ride, but we were late to sign up so we had to wait quite awhile before we could ride. The carriage was really neat and by the time our ride number came up it was dark outside so we were able to see the neighborhood Christmas lights.

Our friends, the Cetwinski’s met us there and came back to our house for pizza and brownies after they visited with Santa.

I love how when mine look through ads or talk about what they want the list is a mile long, when they saw the big guy, though – they forgot everything!
