It appears that I am indeed pregnant… Second beta results are in at 789 for 14dp3dt, 16dpo. A doubling time of 36 hours.
I’ve been checking out BetaBase and researching BabyMed for HCG charts. Here’s where my beta is on the typical singleton chart…

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that chart worries me slightly…

Congratulations on the doubling!! From what I hear lots of healthy singletons start out with high beta’s.
Oh course lots of twins have nice solid singleton beta numbers too.
Guess that doesn’t help you’re worrying eh? Well you’re pregnant with a good solid number and Mike looks strong enough to pick you up off the floor if and ultrasound shows twins
Or you can pick him up!!
Good luck and sticky thoughts!!
Wow maybe you should tag baby #2 and #3! Congratulations!
Does this mean it could be twins! I just knew it!!!! I am so excited for you.
Woo hoo! Prayers being answered!!
Twins? Oh Boy!
LOL! Well either way..that is FANTASTIC!!!
Congratulations!!!
Congrats! I don’t blame you for being a bit worried but something tells me you can handle anything thats thrown at you, even if it is TWO more adorable kidlets
Congratulations!
congrats! I love reading your blog and I’m so happy for you!
That’s so exciting! I hope the good start carries out to the very end.
Perhaps you jinxed yourself with the post about twins being unlikely.
Then again, could just be a high singleton beta.
Congrats!!!
(yes, I have some!!)
And hey – Twins are awesome – I hope you are that blessed!!!
So glad to hear! (Those are high numbers… I was over 300 both times with twins) Good luck!
WOOOHOOO congratulations!!!
Great news! Excited to hear more about the baby(ies)!
AACK!! I didn’t see this post until after I had commented on Ask Jamie…
CONGRATULATIONS! When will you know for sure whether it is one or two?
Call me crazy but I have always wanted twins, and still do.
Congratulations! I am so happy this time around things have gone smoother. I am crossing my fingers for an uneventful and full term pregnancy.
those are high numbers. hoping you have a safe and healthy nine months ahead.
Yeay! Congratulations!
As for the numbers, try not to let it freak you out.
Mine were always high with my singletons so it really doesn’t mean much.
Oh My!
Can’t wait to see the ultrasound! I’ll be thinking of you…
Awesome. Hoping for continued good news!
That is so great.
I am so happy for you .
Great news! Don’t stress too much about twins -I had doubling time of 32.92 hours and it was a singleton.
Just wanted to send tons of happy wishes and Congrats your way!!
ok, i don’t know what all this mombo-jumbo is about and don’t have the time today to research it to self teach—but congrats to you where there is 1 or 2 or 3-4. whatever the case is. i’ll be waiting to hear a heartbeat and see the ultrasound pics. good luck. keep yourself healthy and don’t give in to those “i’m pregnant and i can eat anything i want to” cravings.
WHOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOO! Congrats – I am so excited (over the moon) for you !!! I can’t wait to find out if it’s 1 or more— I wouldn’t put TOO much stock into numbers…I know some people who’ve had high #’s and one baby- but, that being said, I am praying for healthy PG and whatever is meant to be , will be (twins or one! LOL)
Hugs!
Great looking chart!! Can’t wait to hear more!! for what it’s worth, our singleton betas started off higher than our twin’s betas)
