Bo, 1 day old. This Hatley Moose outfit was the first official purchase I made for Bo, on our trip to Alaska. I just love all of the Hatley stuff. I have a fascination with “Meese”* and I have no idea where it came from… Hence the fact, Bo eats “Moose Munch”, we were married at a lodge, and my basement is decorated in “meese” decor.
I know, I know. Christmas is still three months away. However, in our family, everyone seems to shop ridiculously early. I’m typically pretty close to done shopping by Halloween. We won’t talk about the fact that I’ve only actually bought 3 presents so far, how far behind that makes me feel, and how much shopping I have to do in the next 3 months!
That said, this is a shameless ploy to convince my mom to buy Bo and me matching pajamas for Christmas.
Dear Mom,
Please purchase Bo the Footed Coveralls in Steel Moose, size 18-24 months. Please purchase for me, the women’s pajama pants in Steel Moose size medium, and the matching tee in Steel Moose, size medium. I promise to act surprised on Christmas morning!

Any other friends or family reading this, I love the Hatley stuff. LOVE IT. This is a great gift idea for Bo or me at any point. I already have the red pajamas but other than that everything is fair game. All of it is cute! Frogs, Moose, Bear. You can’t go wrong!

I am very impressed, I won’t even think of buying a Christmas present before the beginning of December as a result of some mental breakdown that will not allow me to stay on top of Christmas related stress. As for the shameless ploy for gifts, very clever. I would try it on my mom, but I don’t want her to read my blog:)
I am laughing right now because strangely “meese” is a word my friend and I decided was the plural of moose once upon a time. Funny to know we are not alone.
I love Hatley products. Zoey had a horsey ensemble when she was in 0-3 months size. It was my favorite outfit on her, and now it is carefully wrapped in tissue and stored in a little box forever and ever (until I find a dolly it might fit).
