Bo says, “I dunno what’s going on, but Daddy’s holding me, so it must be okay!”
Bo looking at Daddy during his haircut.
I just love the little foot sticking out from under the cape in this one.
Snip, Snip!
Bo and Daddy enjoyed watching ESPN during the haircut. I love how cute they both look. It’s obvious there was some pretty important sports news on!
Bo was amazing throughout the entire haircut. He didn’t cry at all and was very patient. I think he looks pretty handsome with his new do!
Bo flying this morning!
As you can see, we are still battling “paci rash”. A friend’s mom made me some salve to put on it and I’ve been doing that several times a day and it has helped. One side is looking a lot better but it still isn’t clearing up completely. Poor guy!
I think a lot of the problem is his face is always wet from drool. The bottom left tooth is through and he just can’t help but drool everywhere. He always has his hands in his mouth.
I can’t seem to get a picture of the tooth — this is as close as I was able to get this morning!
Oh well, one day he will finish teething and then he will have a clear face and a cute haircut! At least until the teenage acne hits!

It is hard to believe he is already getting haircuts. LG’s hair is far from needing cut, but he has a few stray really long strands.
We have used a balm on LG’s face. I think it is by Johnson & Johnson, it works great! If he wasn’t sleeping at the moment I’d tell you for sure what it is.
Hi there,
I’m here by way of BlogHer’s ad network. These pictures of your little boy are adorable—I have cut my daughter’s hair, piece by piece, but haven’t been brave enough to get her a “haircut.”
He looks like such a little man now…
How fun!!! I don’t think Eli will have his first haircut until he is 3! Ha!!
Maybe even Chase will beat him to it…
Your little guy is SO adorable!
I gave Jackson his first haircut myself about 2 months ago. Now I wish I had taken him to a barber to get those cute photos!
Aquaphor clears EVERYTHING up for us. Give that a try on his face. Also, will he take a different kind of paci? Maybe you can find one that has a smaller “footprint” like a nuk to give that particular area a break.
So did you save a “lock” for the baby book?
He’s even cuter with his haircut.
I agree with Kerry Lynn–see if you can change the shape of the paci, especially during the day, when he drools the most.
I know it is a hassel, but keep that face dry and keep using the salve–you will see a improvement, just takes a lot of patience.
You are braver than me!! I know Aiden needs a haircut but it makes me a little sad and I just haven’t had the courage to do it. I’m sure it will be happening in the next few weeks though.
He is as adorable as ever!
